element54 has led 2 industry studies in 2009, which have shaped the conversation relating to the use of 2.0/rich media survey technology.

  • “Sexy Questions, Dangerous Results” was the largest ever study examining the impact of “traditional” vs. “rich media” question types on data consistency.
  • “Eyes Don’t Lie” was the largest ever study using Eye-Tracking to understand “survey usability” for both traditional and rich media question types.
